Our application form is easy to follow and it’s online. When you complete the application form, please be sure to carefully consider your responses. We want you to share all the great aspects of your character, personality and experiences so we can get to know you.  Tip:  Make sure you follow the word limit! 

You will also need to submit two references with your application form and pay the $110 application fee. 

Next, we’ll invite you to attend a personal interview (face to face or via video call) with a member of the College Leadership team.

If your application has been successful and we have capacity, you’ll receive an offer to live at Duchesne College!

If you’ve applied to Duchesne College prior to receiving your university offer or Confirmation of Enrolment, you may receive a conditional offer of residency with us instead.

When you receive your letter of offer or conditional offer, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit. Information about our fees is outlined here. You will need to accept your offer to live at Duchesne College in writing to confirm your place. 

In the November prior to commencing at Duchesne, you’ll receive an enrolment contract. We make decisions about rooming and carpark allocations once we receive all the signed enrolment contracts. 

It’s a good idea to explore the various bursaries and scholarships available to students to see if there’s something you can apply for to assist with your living expenses.
