Our comfy, clean and functional rooms will make you feel right at home. Complete with bed, desk, wardrobe, and storage space we have a range of single rooms with shared bathrooms, and single rooms with ensuites to suit your needs.

ROOM MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
You can either bring your own sheets or use the bed linen we supply when you come to live at Duchesne. If you choose to use our bed linen, you can also take advantage of our weekly laundering service.
All rooms have their carpets vacuumed, bins emptied, and surfaces wiped each week so you can focus on uni, work, and everything else college life has to offer.
