Wise Women Series Dinner

The 2022 Wise Women Series provides our residents, associate members and community the opportunity to connect and engage with professional wise women.
With special guest speaker The Honourable Selena Uibo (Duchesne ’03), MLA, Member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly for Arnhem.
Selena Uibo studied a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, where she graduated as Valedictorian in 2010 before commencing her teaching profession in the NT. In 2016, Selena successfully contested the seat of Arnhem as a Territory Labor candidate. In June 2018, she was promoted to Cabinet as the ninth Cabinet Minister and appointed Minister for Education and Workforce Training. In January 2019, she became the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs. At the 2020 NT Election, Selena retained the seat of Arnhem and became the Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for Treaty and Local Decision Making, and Minister for Parks and Rangers.
Selena will share her experiences of leadership and life with the Duchesne community.
